Princess Halloween

Well ladies and gents, we had a princess-tactic Halloween.

Jocelyn had a great little parade at school where they come outside in their costumes as a classroom, wave at us, and then parade back into the classroom. It's adorable. Jocelyn chose Princess Aurora. And if you're thinking, who the heck is that? Well, have no fear because I am a living, breathing princess-clopedia. Princess Aurora is the alias for the spindle-phobic Sleeping Beauty, otherwise known as Briar Rose. No one could be a more elegant and fun Aurora as our little J. We found this incredible dress by luck with our good friends the Woodruffs. Jocelyn had talked about being a unicorn, a ballerina, a dog (poodle vs. dalmatian), and when she saw this dress it was love at first sight. We are preparing ourselves for the day she locks eyes with a 3 figure wedding dress :)

Daddy and I, well, we did our best to be princesses. Daddy was Princess Merida, the Scottish princess that only Daddy could pull off with those lovely locks. She is from the movie Brave. It's awesome. I was princess Rapunzel, and I did enjoy having blond hair for days :) Our little Lina was the most magnificent Cinderella. Lina wore the cutest silver shoes and even "left one" on the stairs. I can't wait to see what costumes Lina decides to wear as she grows. Poor girl was sick that day, but she was in good spirits!
