Adelina 3 months old

Hey guys!

So I'm 3 months old now 3/26 wahoo! I am still in size one diapers but the days are limited for that. I wear size 0-3 mo in clothes, but my mom thinks I'll be wearing 3-6 mo soon. I weigh 12-13 lbs. I typically wake up 1-2 times in the night. I'm still using a swaddle to sleep, but may not for much longer! I have napped in my big girl crib, but I'm still a fan of my cool rocker. I really like to look around, my head strength is pretty awesome, and I'm liking tummy time more and more. My play mat is still the bees knees!

Check me out on my photo shoot with my mermaid! (Sorry for the shadows on the face. Didn't realize the date till later in the afternoon oops!)

Later in the day, it was warm out so we went outside to spoof up the yard and climb some trees!

On Friday, we checked out our local Irish pub and it was yummy!! Jocelyn was a big fan.

Saturday we did more gardening. Tulips are sprouting!! No pics yet but the girls had fun in the sun bundled up. It was chilly out so eventually they came in. Check out Lina practicing sitting up!

Till next time! 😋

Team AJ

Howdy,

Here is a recap of last week and earlier this week :)

J's favorite thing is to greet wee Lina in the morning. They are pretty good friends these two. Jocelyn is very much into her ponies and is gearing up to celebrate turning 4, yes FOUR, with a my little pony bday :)

Lina is growing wonderfully, follows us with her eyes like a hawk, lights up when J talks to her, and is getting some great side strength. She doesn't sit up yet, too small of course, but she seems to like moving and a groovin' like her sis did.

J has been sticking with gymnastics so far since the start of the year. We are debating if we should try other sports or not. Thoughts/input? Here she is jumping into the foam pit :)

Oh yes and last week we got our first real hair cut. I usually just trim the curls, but we were starting to get a mullet so it had to go. She had a good time and scored 2 lollipops from the hair salon.

Here are some fun shots just goofing around with the girls.

Starting Lina off with her tutu :) J was proud. Dogs came to inspect the play may fun.

We also like staring at this birdie mobile!

Later in the week, we were visited by our Auntie Alli and her mama. Thanks for the awesome gifts :) We love our Alli and her baby girl that's on the way!

Well, our little girls are already growing up fast. I'm a bit behind on posting, but our Adelina is soon to be 3 months old!

Her favs are still making bubbles, smiles and now she likes to grab things a lot. Beware of your hair, glasses and jewelry! :)

Irish hello!

Hey guys :)

So my last post froze on the upload so sorry these are all coming at once. But Hope you guys had a good St. Patty's Day. We had a fun day that started off with a yummy breakfast with some Irish cheese, played the Pandora suggested play list for the holiday, and later for dinner we had our family tradition of eating Guiness corned beef from the crockpot. It's so good!

The girls had a great day. Adelina is trying to sleep more for mom and J is being a pretty good helper these days too! Thanks Aunt Marian, Mom Mom and Pop Pop for this onesie years ago for J that our little one is borrowing. Some of us are still in our pjs hehe.

Those cheeks!! Next year Adelina can enjoy the feast.

We hit up the park briefly with our buddy Ben, and I had to capture this fun moment of them loving the hill. I joke this is her little boyfriend. He is a sweetheart.

Take care everyone!

Hoot hoot

Hello family and friends!

We are happy clams out here. Here is a recap of last week that I forgot to post.

Jocelyn told me today that she has to be sure not to use up all the Kleenex because the Lorax would not be happy! Ha :) He speaks for the trees and he wouldn't be happy if we were wasting tree products. She had a dad/'s day breakfast at school and said she loves daddy because he shares candy with her. Ha! She is also really getting her bike down.

Adelina has really started to smile but mostly when she is being entertained by J or us. Here are some fun outfits and faces. She also likes to sit in the baby chairs and watch the chaos run by. She is really starting to focus on things, voices, and can entertain herself quite well! Tummy time is still not so fun.

I'll leave you with some monkey bum! And since its St. Patty's Day, more green ladies coming your way.

J and A, spring is almost here!

We hit March! Let's bring on spring please :)

Adelina is blossoming beautifully. I found this picture of Jocelyn (left) at 11 weeks and Adelina (right) at 9 weeks in the same outfit!! Jocelyn loves putting on her clothes that she worn on Lina. The yellow outfit below J also wore and did the same fist pump. But I can't find the digital copy of the printed photo we have. Oh well.

Lina loves to make Daddy do hot laps with the dogs from hours 7pm to 10 pm. It's pretty hilarious watching Ryan get his cardio in with the baby strapped to his chest, Jocelyn trailing behind grabbing at his back pockets with the dogs following. I do relieve him of his duties, but not after a pretty good giggle.

We are doing great overall at the house. As you can see, our lady dog beast Ariel is quite happy. And Butters still loves to snuggle and snore.

I'm pretty obsessed with bear/any fuzzy onesie thing. Lina looks like a wee polar bear here! She ended up pooping all over it later in the day. Sigh. But here she was clean and cute.

Brunch/breakfast is pretty much our favorite. Actually, I think we like to eat all the time, but Jocelyn sure enjoys sausage with maple syrup and these pop tarts that this restaurant makes from scratch.

We had an awesome visit with two of my best girlfriends from our days at Penn State, Auntie Emily and Christa. We went on a walk around Burke Lake and enjoyed the sunshine!

Oh yes, Adelina is being more of a happy, healthy baby. She has this lovely creamy tone. I think she will add the nickname "cream pie" to her long list (berry, catapillar, Lina).

And Jocelyn started swim lessons up again. She goes in unassisted with a few other small buddies and the teacher, who has an amazing Mary Poppins accent. She is a great teacher. Our goal is to get swimming down pretty well to hit up the pool regularly this summer.

Love me some cream pie :)

See ya!
