Instead, we did our own rendition at home. Since the schools were closed, she couldn't start her swimming lessons today either. No worries. We got dressed up anyhow.

We did the Grinch also but he didn't get colored in so we didn't get a picture. We did try on some other hats for fun.
Here J is modeling her super hero swimming pose (?). We later took a bath, cleaned ourself, and then put the suit on in the bath. She practiced "squirrel face", which is basically holding your breath with puffed cheeks and sticking your face under the water.
And later on in Lina land, she passed out on the changing pad. You can see how much she has grown when she is all stretched out. I still haven't been able to get one of her huge smiles on camera, but she likes to make them all the time secretly. Her favorite sound is "bow", and she doesn't mandrake as much but does have this super sad puppy face look that will likely be a serious weapon down the road.
We are so excited Emerson came into the world 2.28.2015! Right on time! :) Love you little one.
