November 2014 recap: German Pepper and gymnastics

As of November, our German Pepper Ariel got her first round of shots, her ears perked up for the first time, and she began to figure out the wonders of sneaking into Jocelyn's bed.

I couldn't resist with the sweater! She really didn't like it, so it only lasted a few minutes. Jocelyn thought it was great. She likes to bring Ariel things to decorate her crate, such as her Cinderella night light and mini princess dolls.

Nap time is a key even in out house.

Jocelyn takes it seriously too! She told us she was sleeping like Ariel.

At first, one of Ariel's ears could perk up, and they both could like below. These are her "tipi" ears!! So cute :) Eventually, they will separate and be parallel.

Fall = boots! J showing off her "wedding boots" in prep for gymnastics class. She started official classes in October, and has been loving them. They practice all the best gymnastics basics, and I think J's favorite is the slide. She's not a huge fan of the trampoline.. for now!

Lining up for gymnastics class!! Of course, at the front of the line tee hee.

Lately, Jocelyn's favorite question to ask us, and really anyone, what their favorite princess is. She will as you what your first, second,..., all the way down to your sixth favorite, and they start all over. Elsa and Anna are NOT Disney princesses apparently. They are Frozen princess. A league of their own :)

We have not lost our love for horses, unicorns and cowgirls. In one of our many trips to Home Depot, which J gets super excited about visiting, we found this choice little mare. She knew right away that it wanted to take a trot down the aisles.

Ariel and J really love their cuddles. November was big cuddle time with Queen Elsa!

We think Butters truly likes having a little sister, though I think he does miss the days were he was the one and only lord of the land. We love you buddy.

And now that it's cold, it's time to wear some knitting gear. Here is the a little hat I made for the baby. It has a matching cocoon you slip the baby in to keep it warm... though not done yet. J also found this old blue hat I knitted and straight away modeled it with her favorite pug purse.

Well so long for now! More November fun to come.
